SCRIPT Visuals is founded on a simple premise.
We don’t sell pictures to designers. We sell ideas to clients.
Our journey began when we recognised a fundamental flaw prevalent in office design delivery. Visualisation is driven by the designer, but what the designer wants to show is rarely what the client needs to see. Design firms were lacking a visualisation partner who could bridge both languages, requiring on the one part a thorough technical design understanding paired with a discerning eye for visual design, whilst on the other a strong grasp on the commercial realities of the design&build industry and proven experience in client-side communication.

Our Delivery Process
1. Initial Consultation
Present your requirements and timeline. Whether you have a clear brief or need help defining our scope, we will learn your project, conceptualise the best outcome and articulate a concise proposal best suited to your needs. We also assess the design information available and flag any critical RFIs or establish flexibility in filling the blanks.
2. Architectural Massing & Camera Preview
We rapidly block out your design's architecture and key features, then present multiple composition options for each space to identify where detailed work will be most impactful. In the case of animation, recommended camera paths. For VR, a proposed level of detail throughout.
3. Materiality, Lights & Aesthetics
Your design's identity takes shape as we apply materials, populate scenes with props and characters, and refine every detail. Our mobile workstation allows us to collaborate directly at your location when necessary.
4. Finalization
We apply Photoshop and AI enhancements where necessary, refining the final aesthetic before delivering your complete package of images, animations, and VR experiences with scene files for future reviews.
5. Follow-up
Ongoing support through post-pitch reviews and any adjustments needed right through to construction completion. Your project’s success story doesn’t end with delivery, and our knowledge gained through this process, as well as working 3D assets, can be leveraged for construction programme animations, detail renders, quick alternative materials previews and more.
